Ingredients
- 200ml whole milk
- 150g grated parmesan cheese
- 100ml heavy cream
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Gently heat the milk, cream, and bay leaf in a saucepan. Add a pinch of sea salt and let it infuse for about 5 minutes. After that remove the saucepan from heat.
- Remove the bay leaf and add in the grated parmesan until fully melted.
- Pass the mixture through a strainer into your cream dispenser.
- After charging the dispenser, shake it well. Place the dispenser in cold water for a few minutes
- Finally, dispense the cheesy creamy foam onto your plate. Enjoy it with your favourite dish.
