Strawberry Prosecco Spritz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz gin
  • Prosecco

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend ¾ (three-quarters) of fresh strawberries along with maple syrup and lemon juice until the mixture turns into puree. 
  2. Strain your strawberry puree to separate the pulp. After the separation, discard the pulp.
  3. Next, put the leftover ¼ strawberries in the bottom of your cream dispenser and then gently crush them to release some of the flavours.
  4. Pour the gin into the cream dispenser and charge it with two cream chargers.
  5. Shake it thoroughly and leave to infuse until it matches your taste preference.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of the strawberry puree into your glass.
  7. Lightly pull the lever of the cream dispenser to release the extra gas, unscrew the lid, and strain half of the infused strawberry gin into the glass.
  8. Finish the process by topping it with Prosecco and beat the summer heat with your homemade fresh strawberry prosecco spritz cocktail.
